Overexposed is a neon yellow that looks like somebody turned the brightness ALL the way up.

Wear it straight for a radioactive pop of yellow, or mix it into greens, oranges, and other neons when you want to make them hit harder.

Semi-permanent. Bright enough to be a problem.
